Mike Durgin

Mike Durgin is the network manager for Northern Light Wellness overseeing the contracting, credentialing, and reporting for the network providers, as well as provider relations for the network. He earned his bachelor of science from Husson University. After his twenty-year career in the financial industry, Mike entered the healthcare field. He began his new career at Penobscot Community Health Care in Bangor and worked as their credentialing coordinator, managing the onboarding and enrollment of all their providers. Mike then joined Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center as their medical staff coordinator until joining the Northern Light Wellness team in February 2015. Mike is a nationally certified provider credentialing specialist. He is a member of both MeAMSS (Maine Association of Medical Staff Services) and NAMSS (National Association of Medical Staff Services). Mike and his wife Karen live in Corinth. They spend most of their free time outdoors kayaking, hiking, and snowshoeing.
