Jeff Sanford

Vice President of Finance, Beacon Health

Jeff Sanford is the vice president of Finance for Beacon Health.

Jeff provides financial leadership to support Beacon Health’s transition to a value-based payment model for the delivery of healthcare. He is responsible for creating financial models and strategies necessary to implement business plans in support of healthcare payment reform.

In addition, Jeff also monitors the performance of value-based programs, does due diligence of proposed contracts, collaborates with members on contract compliance, provides decision support and participates in contract negotiations.

Jeff is passionate about helping make healthcare easier to access and creating models that offer resources for people to be their healthiest.

He is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, NLH Retirement Committee, and was the 2019 campaign chair of United Way of Eastern Maine.

Prior to joining Northern Light Health, Jeff was a senior audit manager and business consultant at Deloitte.

• Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University in Binghamton, New York
